Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 pounds thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. Prepare the Au Jus: In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium until warm.
